HVR has supported Engineering Contractors, Equipment Manufacturers and Government Departments in the environmental evaluation, assessment, qualification and appraisal of communication systems, equipment and infrastructure. We have assisted clients with the development of robust bid response documentation that effectively addresses environmental management controls that form part of system requirements.

On behalf of our clients, HVR are able to effectively demonstrate, through structured environmental argument and evidence, that environmental aspects, impacts and legislative compliance issues associated with potential equipment/systems/processes are actively identified, evaluated and mitigated to an appropriate level. HVR can develop, implement and audit process environmental management systems and undertake environmental impact appraisals in accordance with the ISO14000 Series and in accordance with the MoD Project Oriented Environmental Management Systems (POEMS) guidance.
